Who're you calling a nobody?

Itarian responds:

Well, nobody?

Nobody's that one sitting in the corner over there. Creepy lookin' guy. See 'em? Yeah. He's reading this right now.

はじめまして
Lukeと申します

I'm very new to Japanese and know little more than that. Sorry for my improper grammar.

So you live in Hokkaido is it nice there? I've heard you get earthquakes.

Itarian responds:

Sapporo. It's a big place, very nice, nice people, rich city, too many things to do.

And yes, we get earthquakes, a lot. Too much. 2011 wasn't a good year either..!

Yoroshiku onegaishimasu~!

That's one of the few Japanese words I know btw.. :3

Itarian responds:

よろしくおねがいします? That's a bit odd to say to somebody in Japanese. You can say this: ありがとう (arigatou). Or, in more casual settings, you can say どうも (doumo)

But isn't "yoroshiku onegaishimasu" kinda means "It's nice to meet you?"
IDK. xD

Itarian responds:

No, no no, that means thank you. Hajimemashite, 始めまして, means "nice to meet you".

A little Japanese lesson from Itarian.

So, you're from Japan, right? I wonder how's Japan these days...

Itarian responds:

I'm not in south Japan where all the "fun" is, but the quiet here in North Japan is just as fun, well, in my opinion. Nothing much is going on here, same old. Everybody's scared because North Korea is grumpy again.
